This website is provided by Ross Logic ("we", "us"), based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for general information about our services. Content on this site — including example systems and example workflows — is illustrative and educational. It does not constitute advice, a quotation, a promise of results, or a client case study.

2. No professional relationship

Using this website or contacting us does not create a client relationship. An engagement with Ross Logic is formed only through a written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Services

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any work are defined in a written proposal or agreement specific to that engagement. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.

4. Intellectual property

The Ross Logic name, wordmark, and brand assets are our property. The content of this site may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta.
