Interactive demonstrations
See the systems work.
Most agencies describe what they would build. These are the mechanisms, running.
Five of the systems Ross Logic builds for small businesses — each one answering a question an owner actually asks. Try them. They respond exactly the way the deployed versions do.
Make it yours
Put your business in the demos.
The five demonstrations below will use your name and your trade, so you can judge them the way a customer of yours would.
Demo 01 — Missed-call recovery
“A customer calls. Nobody picks up. Then what?”
The most expensive thing a small business owns is a phone nobody answered. The caller does not leave a voicemail — they call the next company on the list. This system texts them back before that happens.
Press Call to be the customer.
- 0:00Call arrives
- 0:22Not answered — call ends
- 0:30Text sent to the caller
- —Reply handled, job qualified
- —Owner sees a lead, not a missed call
What the owner sees
In the deployed version this runs on the business's own number, so the text comes from the number the customer just dialled. STOP is honoured permanently, and every message is written to an append-only audit record.
Demo 02 — Instant first response
“An enquiry lands at 9:40 p.m. When does it get answered?”
A web form that emails you is not a lead system — it is a to-do list. Fill this in as a customer would and watch what they receive before they have closed the tab.
Send the enquiry to see the reply.
First response
Both are timestamps from this demonstration, not an industry statistic.
Demo 03 — Photo job intake
“They sent a photo instead of describing it. Is that useful?”
Customers are bad at describing work and good at pointing a camera. A photo arriving by text becomes a structured job record — and the system asks only for what it still genuinely needs.
The customer sends
Three cases the deployed system handles differently.
Pick one to see what the system does with it.
What the customer gets back
Refusing is a feature. In the deployed tree-services system the power-line case is an approved, versioned safety template: near a line the assistant will not quote and will not book — it gives the safety instruction, then escalates to a human. That same fail-closed path is how every hazard is handled. Pricing that cannot be produced reliably is refused rather than guessed, and a bad photo asks again instead of quietly dropping the lead.
Demo 04 — Self-serve booking
“Can they book an estimate without me phoning them back?”
Phone tag is where quotes go to die. Real availability, offered in the conversation the customer is already in, and confirmed on the spot.
Available estimate windows
Choose a window to confirm the booking.
The owner's calendar
What is real and what is not: the booking logic — holds, double-booking prevention, confirmation, reminders — is deployed and writes real records. The calendar behind this demonstration is a mock provider. A Google Calendar connector is built to the same seam but is not yet configured.
Demo 05 — Review requests
“How do I get more Google reviews without nagging people?”
Asked once, at the right moment, in your voice — and never asked again if they opt out. This is the exact template the deployed system renders.
The rules it follows
- No sentiment gating. Eligibility never considers how happy the customer seemed. Filtering out unhappy customers is review-gating, and it is against Google's policy.
- No incentives. Nothing is offered in exchange for a review.
- Only after the job is complete. A job that is not finished is refused.
- Opt-out is permanent. Suppression is checked before every send, forever.
- Your own review link. The system refuses to render without one — it will not invent a destination.
Straight answer
What is actually running, and what you just tried.
Ross Logic keeps a deterministic record of which capabilities have been proven end-to-end — a message that actually arrived somewhere real — and the marketing is not allowed to outrun it. That record is why this table exists.
Every demonstration on this page runs in your browser. The systems themselves run on approved numbers and named test accounts — not on the public internet, and never on someone who did not ask for a message. If you want to see the live version send a real text to a real handset, that happens in a booked session, on your phone.

A consultation is a working session. We map how enquiries reach you today, find where they leak, and run the live system against your real situation — on your handset, not a slide.
